Returns & Replacements

Every Muralume piece is custom-printed to your wall dimensions, so we approach returns a little differently than off-the-shelf products.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any production defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint and reship it free of charge — no need to return the original.

Measurement issues

If a piece doesn't fit because of a measurement mix-up, get in touch. When the error is ours, we reprint at no cost. When measurements were supplied incorrectly, we offer a discounted reprint of the affected panels.

Custom-made items

Because every order is produced specifically for your wall, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We strongly recommend ordering a memo sample first — it's the best way to confirm color and texture in your own light.
